Aloha again everyone,

I added piano and guitar/mandolin chords (the text names, like Gm, Dm, etc...) to my latest tune.  I haven't made a backing track yet, but I plan on doing so.  If any of y'all would like it, just say the word, and I'll post it after it's completed.  The new file is attached.

Aloha everyone,

I took some time this morning to record this tune using my Kronos.  The bass was good with a strings voice, but I chose to use actual voices, baritone and bass, for the bass line.  The violin part is what Kronos calls a solo violin, although I think their sound leaves a bit to be desired.  Still, you can hear how I envision this to be played.  I recorded it at 72bpm for each eight note.  I hope y'all enjoy it.

Excellent tune! Very smooth and will play very well with electric or acoustic violin. If you do this, everyone will want the sheet music you know! cheers

Aloha @cdennyb,

Attached you will find the backing track.  I deleted the original post, as the filename was incorrect.  I have attached the correctly named file.  The sheet music was attached in the first post.  I'm really glad that you like it.  It was a joy to write.  That tune just popped into my head.  It's really nice to be getting back into music again.  I haven't written anything in a very long time, and it wasn't all that great back then anyway.  I really like playing the fiddle and now that I'm writing tunes for it, I just have to write a backing track, right?!? cool
