Hey All

I didn't know quite where to post this topic.

I am looking for sheet music for the song May It Be written by Enya from the movie Lord of the Rings, specifically Fellowship of the Ring.

Of course the original score is a full orchestra, I am only looking for a violin part and I realize it would likely be a composition by a 3rd party.

The original piece is in A major

I don't even know if this can be found in free public domain or if it is a copy-written piece.

So far I have done a Google search, I have searched MuseScore and I do have an account on Noteflight and I have done a search there as well.  I have not had much success.

If anyone can give me some suggestions where to look for sheet music or knows a good sheet music site, please let me know.

Thank you for any help!

Hi @Pete_Violin - there's a piano arrangement (I guess the treble line can be more or less used for violin) on MuseScore - here - https://musescore.com/user/188.....es/1024751

There may well be other variants on the site...   MuseScore is free and you can download the score, edit it to your heart's content, and print off scores as .pdf files or even MusicXML for import to other software...

I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh - guntohead.JPG

Please make your own, different mistakes, and help us all learn :-)
