So I was looking for an upgrade violin and stumbled upon this jaw dropping violin.

Anyone heard of this violin maker or McCarten Violins before? Either of them any good?

Well I've contacted McCarten violins more than once about buying this instrument, but they haven't gotten back to me. :(
I guess I look elsewhere!

@mustang, there's a phone number at the top of the page.  Did you try to call them?

I did call them and talked to the store owner. He told me send an email with my address so he could get a shipping quote. He did also say that the violin was on consignment and that he would have to ask the owner for permission to sell it out of state. I don't know if that's the reason I haven't heard back or what, but it would be nice if they could tell me. But oh well. Lol
