@Mark - I have experienced the same issues with viruses when downloading some of these conversion programs so am a bit reluctant to try again. How did Handbrake work out for you?

46 videos so far. 
They just keep pouring in. This will be the largest participation so far on any project and we did it all in one month.
Proud of all you guys. Thanks for your hard work. Those of you who did not find the time, don't worry, there will be more projects.

I was off on the 46 videos count. Quite a few users sent the same videos several times to make sure that I got them and I just piled them in a folder. Now it's 37 plus mine. Quite a few users recorded several parts so there are less users than videos.
26 users including myself.
41 parts including mine.
Here is a screenshot of all the received videos after me sorting them out and converting the unconverted ones. If you sent me a video and don't see it here, speak now or forever hold your piece.
There is still a chance if you have a video and get it to me today. I'll be mixing audio but adding tracks is not that difficult and I'm not sure when I'll get around to it. It will be more difficult after the audio is mixed.
Thanks for the great work everyone. Now I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Cool. The drop box worked. That's pretty easy.
I did send a violin 3 part, the first try, then realized that I just sent a copy of the violin 1 part with the title violin 3...so Pierre got two identical videos. I have fixed that error and sent the actual violin 3 part. I know it's not that great, but I hope it will add to the violin 3 section.

@Mark and @iBud - thanks for the input in Handbrake - just downloaded it and was able to convert my file to MP4 very easily. Yea! I will be able to submit my video in the correct format on the next project. Also, FM - I recorded the V3 part on the end of the V1 part - guess that is a no no - sorry, will submit separate videos on the next project.
Glad there was lots of participation. Cant wait to hear the mix.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! So after I sent my three parts off to Pierre, I decided to take my individual contributions and make a holiday video card. Not anything as fun as all of us playing together - but I had fun learning some video editing software I am trialing to do this and I thought it turned out pretty good!
