hi there! anyone able to help tips on sending the white christmas video? Its stuck on my phone and need to covert it to mp4 - Im a day late! Thankyou. Carly.

If you search back in this topic, I believe you will find help.
I downloaded HandBrake to my desktop and copied the video to my desktop and them converted it using HandBrake. It is a free app. Pretty self-explanatory after you download it. I downloaded it to an HP desktop computer. Google Handbrake.
If you use HandBrake, make sure the outgoing extension is .mp4. There is a .m4v or something like that. I accidentally used that first, thinking it was .mp4, and had to redo. Only takes about a minute to convert.

Oh, only three cellos. If I had known I could have recorded cello 4 part also.

That's not a lot of violas. Unfortunately I ended up not being able to record anything before the original deadline because of other music commitments and apartment noise, and not being able to make the extended deadline because of final exams and a shoulder pain flare-up.

Nice catch. I did have her video and audio, but the name disappeared when I copied and pasted the titles. I had here in the violins section and forgot to paste her name in the viola list. Next time I might just write the participants and not the parts.
Lots of people did not name the files the way I asked.
About 1/4 of the submissions didn't even have names on the video files so I had to try to match the videos with emails. Not always that easy.
The new system is a work in progress but it is much harder to miss a file this way.

@fiddlerman, I like the way you asked for the files ti be renamed to part and player, thought I admit I may have missed that at first. As you said, work in progress. I cant imagine how much work goes onto these projects at your end. Im sure I speak for all of us when I say thank you! We really appreciate y our efforts and hosting g this awesome community. I really feel like an idiot because I dont know where to post and I didn't want to wait to tell you that the White Christmas project was absolutely awesome!!!! Beautifully done and sounding!!!! I cannot thank you enough for letting Thomas be part of this and hope for many more.
