Bought a violin 36 years ago. Play guitar, banjo, ukulele, mountain dulcimer and sometimes the radio. I’ve been told it’s never to late to learn to play an instrument. It’s time. I want to learn how to play the violin (fiddle). How’s the best or easiest way to learn? Don’t want to sound cheap, but don’t want to spend a whole lot. I’m retired, my wife too. Steve.

Glad you found us!
If you think your fiddle & bow are in good shape, then start with what you've got - but buy new strings.
The bow is EXTREMELY important - make sure to learn to hold it correctly (amazing how important this is).
