Not fair!  You're giving us 3-4 weeks to learn something new, and the shipping from USA takes that long!

Q3 ... quite a few people play more than one instrument, I would choose violin and cello, as long as they're easy to learn.

Good luck Jesse!

Oh, forgot to mention, I'm going on holidays overseas for a month ... ROFL ... but I'd otherwise do it.

Ok, I said 'yes', but I don't really play ... just make awful noises ... but it's still fun!

To subscribe to a thread, similar to "watching" except you get emails when there are updates, simply scroll to the bottom thread post on this, or any, page. Just underneath the last post, on the left side, is three buttons: "RSS," "SUBSCRIBE," and "WATCH.". Simply click on "subscribe," and your done.

Don't worry about making an awful noise. Just do the best you can. The main point of this website is learning the violin.

I can participate, but I can't get involved because I am trying to learn to play 2nd violin Handel's Messiah.

To give a meaningful answer, people would first have to know what one of those is, no?

LOL. Fair enough. Essentially, in my mind its a group project, like any of the others we've done, where everyone plays a series of songs together. All would play the same songs, video them, and then the videos would be compiled in to one video to make the compilation. Hopefully that helps?

I think I can hang with something really simple. Like Zoot's sax solo on The Muppet Show intro. My version will probably wind up more like Gonzo though... facepalm
