Relieved, @Katie L . If I did not get nervous in front of the camera, it would not have taken so many recordings. At my age, it is not going to change.
I am really happy we got the sheet music so early. It made it so much easier.

@Fiddlerman Two questions:
1) With multiple parts submissions, how are you wanting us to designate the one we want in the video (vs audio only)?
2) From your instructions,
Record yourself playing one to two parts found below.
So, you do not want more than 2 parts from any one individual?
Just looking for some clarifications. 
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.

I would take multiple audio but will only use one video. In other words, I don't want the same person shown in the mix twice. As per the audio, I'm happy to include more. Since I never know how many submissions I will get, I write maximum two to protect myself from overworking my computer. lol
Usually I use all the parts submitted to me. I personally always record all the parts of myself playing as well. More audio tracks makes the group sound larger, fuller, and more impressive. I'm just simplifying my job a bit.

@Fiddlerman, so, for those who have a preference for which video they want the video and which the audio, code the name of the file?
Example:
Mouse_cello_video.mp4
Mouse_cello_audio_only.mp4
Otherwise, you will choose the video and only use the audio from the other? Will that work?

@Fiddlerman Thanks--but you didn't answer my 1st question. If a person submits multiple videos, how do you want him/her to label the one video they want used as their video in the final project (where the other videos that person submits will be used by you as audio only).
example:
SharonC_Vln1_USE_THIS_ONE_FOR_THE_VIDEO.mp4
SharonC_Viola3.mp4
Don't think it needs to be that elaborate (or long).
Because folks have already submitted, some with multiple parts, this means you're going back to ask them and/or they're messaging you to say "Oh, I want this one used...."
And then they are wondering if you got the message.
And then you're looking for the emails/messages.
Then they're sending more messages. . .
Please tell us now what you want for multiple submissions.
Extra communication needed = more work for you.

I just PM's him. The last time, I believe the one you wanted as the video was somehow included in the naming, see my post reply (153) that I made after reading the answer that did not answer (😂😂😂).
If there was none specified, Fiddlerman just selected the best video use. I don't know if that has changed or not.
I am not positive this is how it is done this year, It is one way until we hear back with exact info from @Fiddlerman.

Last year, we were told to distinguish the chosen video in the name if we were submitting more than one. I named my Wexford Carol submissions:
