I would take multiple audio but will only use one video. In other words, I don't want the same person shown in the mix twice. As per the audio, I'm happy to include more. Since I never know how many submissions I will get, I write maximum two to protect myself from overworking my computer. lol

Usually I use all the parts submitted to me. I personally always record all the parts of myself playing as well. More audio tracks makes the group sound larger, fuller, and more impressive. I'm just simplifying my job a bit.

  

@Fiddlerman  Thanks--but you didn't answer my 1st question.  If a person submits multiple videos, how do you want him/her to label the one video they want used as their video in the final project (where the other videos that person submits will be used by you as audio only). 

What I've done in the past is take the video that I like the most. Most smiles, best angle, most usable for me. Sometimes I have too many 1st parts so I use the 2nd part. HOWEVER, I prefer that you guys pick he video you want me to use.
YES, write it in the title.

Don't think it needs to be that elaborate (or long). 

Because folks have already submitted, some with multiple parts, this means you're going back to ask them and/or they're messaging you to say "Oh, I want this one used...."

And then they are wondering if you got the message.

And then you're looking for the emails/messages.

Then they're sending more messages. . .

Please tell us now what you want for multiple submissions.

Extra communication needed = more work for you.

I named my file SharonC_Vln1, per your instructions, but I guess Dropbox attached the "Sharon LC" part because it is the name on my Dropbox account (I uploaded from it).  

Yours was clear to me Sharon. Thanks for double checking.

When I stop accepting submissions I'll post again with all the submissions using the name that I think that everyone wants to use.
