thumbs-up - yup - the repeat is fine, brings it to a reasonable overall final-length !

@Fiddlerman

I used to be lead singer in a few rock bands when I was younger.  I'm not sure anyone is ready for a rock version of this though lol!!

Let's not count that out yet. I was thinking, if enough members want to sing, I could begin the first round with voices only then switch over to the strings. Could be very effective..... Goose bumps kind of thing 😜

Or, I get people to submit parts with voice and lyrics, then I pick the best one of each part, making it a quartet.....

One could only wish!!! But we wouldn't aim for perfection.

LOL @Fashionandfiddle - go on, regarding the vocals track - if you go for it - then I promise - I'll give it a shot as well.....bananabananabananayeah.... although we'll all have to wait for the click track for tempo before recording....

But in the meantime, we've got our nice reverby places to practise - garage, kitchen, bathroom - etc...    Get in there, and sing it out !!!!

Oh..... wait - what was that ????

LOL Yup, I can hear you from here !!!!!  drummer

Think I might have to pass on the singing.

I'm sorry but I also have to skip that singing part, I can't sing in English... I don't know why, because I can speak it, but I just can't sing. I still like the idea.

I'm looking forward to the cello parts!bass-1222

@Ripton / Stevie - I rather think, if it happens, it would NOT be singing while playing, rather an a capella as an intro / outro, fading out (as intro) or in (as outro) to the played parts.   There may be more to come from Pierre on the plans for this  - it would still need the click track (or a melody play-along etc) for everyone to by synched-up.  We'd also need a common set of lyrics to use (there are minor variants out there - and of course various verses - so just a simple decision for the intended lyrics would be needed - LOL - I hear the words in my head as I play through it, but, by heck, I mix up the lines from the verses every time hahahahaha)

All printed. Looks like this is going to sound really nice. :-). Can't wait for the click track. Precise timing is not one of my strength.semiquaver-1214santa3

No singing on this end, sorry.

It's easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself. Johann S.Bach
