Thanks, Guys/Gals -
Violin 1 would be a good challenge for me but glad it seems you all have that covered!
Viola 1 is essentially Violin 2, except I had to take a few moments to learn Alto Clef - easier part because I recognize the melody and no shifting, so that's almost ready to record. 🤗
If I tackle Violin 3 or 5, could be a good challenge (really can't see myself going about humming either part) - no catchy melody the last half of 3 or 5! Going to take a lot more focus (not my strong suit), but I should be able to get one of these two ready to record in time.
Too much other stuff coming up with the Holidays so I'm not committing to more.
Would be awfully cool to perform this in the snow (if we have it) - but knowing me, I'd be too distracted! (lol) ❄❄❄❄❄

Nice one @Jim Dunleavy ! Fast of the mark there- "Speedy Jim" ( LOL ! )
Not certain yet - played through most of the parts - probably record vln2 and one of the vla parts - we'll see ! Always best to get it done as early as possible.
I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh -
Please make your own, different mistakes, and help us all learn :-)

@violingal -Just in case you missed my reply in the chat, I believe you are correct to assume the note after the rest in Violin part 6, bar 24, is a DOWNBOW.
@violingal
I believe that last note, quarter note C, in Violin part 6 should be an upbow. I think the upbow marking was mistakenly put over the rest on beat 3 rather than the actual note on beat 4. That means the 1st note of the next measure, measure 25, is a downbow, which is the pattern you're following throughout the piece (i.e., beat 1=downbow, beat 3 or 4=upbow).
Emily - violin part 2 (and 1, 3-5), have the 4th beat start as a downbow, but they are eighth notes--which is followed by another eighth note which is an upbow--ending the measure on an upbow (followed by measure 25 1st beat downbow).

@SharonC -
Thank you very much, Sharon - I really appreciate you helping to straighten this out!
The worst of it is I was so happy just playing "Let it Snow", it slipped my mind to pay attention to the up/down bowing symbols at all - now I have to go back/make sure.
So, thanks again & to you too, Violingal!
I deleted my post & chat entry to avoid confusion.

Hi Sharon and Emily, OK so on bar 24 I will use an upbow on the C and a downbow on the G (bar 25).
NOW, another question, on Bar 33, then the E would also be a downbow. same pattern, right?
Following that pattern, when you get to the last bar and I will need to do an upbow on the F, upbow on the C and downbow on the F. Only way to get the upbow on the C, correct?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, E would be downbow in Bar 33.

Actually, you should tie the whole note F from the measure before the last to the 1st note F in the last measure, continuing the downbow you're doing on the whole note. I think the tie was mistakenly left out (it is tied in violin parts 1-5--everyone has a whole note the measure before last measure). So, in last measure, downbow on F (continued from previous measure), upbow on C and downbow on F.

Emily,
Believe me, I'm not sure I'm playing the documented bowings a lot of the time. I'm usually looking ahead to a place where I say, "Ok, I want to play a down bow there", & then somewhere between where I am and "there", I'm adjusting to get to that down bow (usually because I didn't play the right bowings somewhere along the way).
