This is the kind of stuff that I like to see happening.

International superstar and rock violinist David Garrett performs his version of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" featuring The Street Beats Group inside Eataly in NYC.

I LOVE IT!!  That was great!  I love playing the violin, I was also on the drum line with marching band in high school and I love to watch hip hop dancing, so as you can imagine this video was the best of all the things I enjoy.

Thank you for sharing Fiddlerman!dancing

Huh.. A crowd like that and they couldn't even come up with a bit of change to toss?  Lame.

I mean sure, it's a tired old cover tune.. But still the kids put some work into it, and ramen noodles don't grow on trees.

Maybe they thought they didn't need to, since it was only one song or something.   But still, you'd think at least the ones who were parents of artists themselves would have dug down into the pocket to at least come up with a buck or a couple quarters or something.

The world is just going to heckies in a handbasket.

so let me understand this Daniel. David makes big 6 figures a year, tours the world, plays a $3.4 to 4 million dollar violin and you think the crowd should throw change in his violin case?

Hmmm.... I'm thinking he should've paid everyone to stay there and listen.cheers
