This is a little blurb about how my repaired violin sounds

I think it sings and that pleases me because I repaired it myself

Ray...that is very good.  I love that you did the repair yourself.  You have joined the ranks of the folks who fix their violins on this site.

I like the nice tone of your violin.. has a good moan sound... good job.. thanks for posting..

Nice, nice, nice...in the care and repair of my hands youd have a pile of laquered firestarter sticks, in your hands very nice sounds!

Sounding good, Ray!

Hi Raywells,

It looks beautiful and sounds very sweet, clean and focus. You should be proud for such a great job.

My violin needs the fingerboard replaced and my local luthier quoted me $700.00 (yes, seven hundreds) so I think I will take a deep breath one day and do it myself.

Congrats.

Robert

Good job Ray. You're like a violin mechanic now. :-)
Opens up a lot of potential projects for the future.
